Teaching goals (program content, subject description)
|
Painting or drawing are areas which, through their universal and permanently open structure, have a special property of penetrating other areas of the university. The condition for this breathing is the presence of art, that is, the still unresolved evolution, change and flow. Extending and developing creative possibilities in the studio, understood as a "microcosm of art", must be based on the degree of overcoming difficulties: technical, logical, proportional relations in the scope of form, color, space, including the increasing awareness of their use. At the end you would like to get the effect of the first "words" of the so-called Creativity. Drawing is, in its essence, the most accessible first phase of education, a form of reality registration and checking the student's self, it also gives the concise form (line), a great opportunity to contact the teacher and their mutual understanding. The next stage is the moment of initiation into "magic" or the game of color seen in many relationships such as: Color - the plane, the color of space, color - matter, color - light, color - psyche, color - poetics. It all occurs in specific proportions of administration depending on the predisposition of the "patient". Didactics is finalized by the awareness of the inseparable connection of all these formal issues in a single work of art, as well as, obviously, assimilation by experience and workshop possibilities. It all serves a consciously created artistic expression.
Issues and tasks discussed.
1. Painting and drawing sketches, still life and model. 2. Model study. 3. Study of characters in the interior. 4. Study of still life. 5. Discussing own work from outside the studio. 6. Human anatomy.
7. Discussing works against their own achievements and art history.
Aim of the course:
Developing the student's ability to consciously observe reality. Based on its basis, constructing your own painting compositions. The Painting and Drawing Studio at the Interior Architecture Department retains its separateness and serves both the faculty and the university. It fits into the general "landscape" of the university, in the context of external reality. The student should first find himself in the structure of the studio, and in the long-term, the university. Painting or drawing are areas which, through their universal and permanently open structure, have a special property of penetrating other areas of the university. Therefore, classes in drawing and painting should prepare the student to consciously use the full range of artistic possibilities, which are the content of the classes of painting and drawing.
