Wymagania końcowe

• drawing exercise 4 (wooden roof)
- Throw of the truss and the cross-section of the roof: scale 1:50 Detail of a simple combination of elements 1:50
• drawing exercise 5 (staircase + balustrade detail)
- Stairs between the ground floor and the first floor: floor plan + section 1: 20;
- Reinforced concrete construction, supported on the wall (oh)
- building detail - a combination of balustrade with stairs, shown in the drawing (projection, or view or section) - on a scale of 1: 2.5.

Forma i sposób zaliczenia przedmiotu (metody i kryteria oceny)

The scale of grades according to the Department of Interior Design: 0 - 5+

Assessment of the level of knowledge and skills:

- assessment for drawing drawings made individually by students - percentage share in the final grade 60%;

- assessment of knowledge acquired during lectures - written test - percentage share in the final evaluation 30%

- assessment for participation in lectures and corrections - percentage share in the final grade 10%

Cele dydaktyczne (treści programowe, opis przedmiotu)

building and installation plans are to teach students what technical means to achieve the intended spatial and aesthetic effects, and - on the other hand - what are available and possible construction and installation solutions and materials used. Students after a series of classes in construction should be convinced that the use of various building solutions and products must result from the designer's intentions. The aim of the course is also to acquire the ability to make project documentation in accordance with the standards and applicable regulations and the rules of the art of construction.

Curriculum content (content of classes):

• Roofing - used products, details; edition of drawing exercise 4 (wooden roof 1: 50 projection + section)
• Reinforced concrete roof constructions. Full roof, ventilated.
• Different structural structures - comparisons of brick and wooden buildings, monolithic and frame buildings. Timber frame construction (bolt bar, simplified, light).
• Ergonomics in construction. Stairs. Requirements, inclinations, shapes; runs, landings, balustrades; design algorithm; Issue of drawing exercise 5 (staircase 1: 20 projection + section)
• Connection systems and structural fastenings - bolts, screws, anchors, strut and glued, welding, soldering, gluing, fasteners
• Ergonomics in construction - balustrades. Construction iron. Supplementing information for drawing exercise 5 (detail of balustrades at the designed stairs).
• Sanitary installations - waterworks. water supply. Steel, plastics, copper; driving principles (cross-sections, valves, fittings); dredging points; point of measurement.
• Sewer. Materials (cast iron, plastics, diameters, slopes, ranges); pions, approaches, siphons, revisions
• Heating installations. Systems, energy sources, types of radiators, temperature requirements, underfloor heating (water, electric), air heating.
• Ventilation and air-conditioning installations. Operating principles; air vents and stays, location, dimensions
• Teletechnical and special installations. Alarm, telephone, intercom, computers, central vacuum cleaner.
• Gas installations. Passive houses.
• Electrical Installations. Spreading methods, light spots, plug sockets, switches.
• Fireplaces (dimensions, wires, location, open, cartridges). Partitions, screen walls
• Electrical installations c.d. Light sources, rules of deployment, intensity requirements; direct and reflected light.
• Basics of building physics, building insulation materials; energy efficiency
• Thermal, acoustic and damp insulation; external finish - elevations
• How to secure a building - basic information about fire and biological corrosion protection
• Insulation of bathrooms and terraces: anti-damp, thermal, acoustic; rules of performance, materials. Wall cladding - materials and methods of making.
• Wooden windows, plastics, aluminum. Types of construction, safety regulations.
• Wooden doors, plastics, aluminum. Types of construction, safety regulations.
• Internal plasters.
• Trip

Opis przedmiotowych efektów uczenia się w zakresie:

K_U01 The graduate can use his knowledge, formulate and solve complex and unusual problems and innovatively perform tasks in unpredictable conditions through: proper selection of sources and information from them, evaluation, critical analysis, synthesis and creative interpretation and presentation of this information; selection and application of appropriate methods and tools, including advanced information and communication techniques (ICT).

K_U02 A graduate can communicate with the use of specialist terminology, take part in the debate - present and evaluate various opinions and positions and discuss about them;
K_U03 The graduate can plan and organize individual and team work;

K_W03 The graduate knows and understands the basic scope of issues related to construction, implementation techniques, materials science, and other specialist issues relevant to interior architecture, appropriate for the chosen specialty;

K_W08 The graduate knows and understands the problems related to technologies used in the artistic discipline of design art (in the overall approach) and technological development related to the selected specialty;

K_W09 The graduate knows and understands the connections and dependencies between theoretical and practical elements of the education program; connections and dependencies between theoretical and practical elements related to the designer's work; in this he understands the relationship between plastic form, functional conditions and selected technical solutions used in the implementation of the designed space / facility;

K_K01 The graduate is ready to critically assess his knowledge, recognize the importance of knowledge in solving cognitive and practical problems;
