Learning outcomes
KnowledgeSkillsSocial competences

The knowledge gained during the classes constitutes the basis for the skills necessary for the work of a theater and film set designer. Knowledge of the both theatrical conventions and historical spaces is the basis for building modern stage designs (this also applies to the use of multi-media, most of which are based on set design tricks know for centuries).

The student will be able to recognize historical theatrical conventions. Thus, in his work he will be able to easily - if necessary artistically - refer to historical sources.

The required initial competencies will be extended to include detailed knowledge, which may later form the basis for self-directed creative searches.
